Don't miss our Health Fair THIS SUNDAY October 30, 2016 from 10 am to 2pm. Come get your regular health checks done by Health Professionals. Learn how to reverse Heart Disease with a knife and fork? Where is your sugar? Learn how to manage it? HIV Testing will also be provided. Come exercise with our Aerobics Instructor. Various organizations will be present including the Heart Foundation, Mental Health Advocate, Senior Citizens Council and Kirk Distributors. Bring your family and friends! #healthfair
